Aruba opens World Series against Asia-Pacific

LIVERMORE, California  -Aruba takes the field today, Monday, August 3, for its opening game in the Intermediate (50/70) Little League World Series, representing the Latin America Region.

The Aruban team will face Asia-Pacific, which advanced after defeating Australia 10-0 on Sunday.

The game, the fifth contest of the international bracket, will be played at Max Baer Park in Livermore, California. First pitch is scheduled for 12:00 p.m. Aruba time.

Fans can watch the game live on the ESPN App and ESPN+.

Aruba hopes to begin the tournament with a victory as it competes against the world's best youth baseball teams.
