Derchlien Dijkhoff appointed new ATIA Director

ORANJESTAD — The Aruba Trade & Industry Association (ATIA) has appointed Derchlien G. Dijkhoff as its new Director, effective November 1, 2026.

Dijkhoff brings more than 15 years of experience in strategic management, project management, marketing, communications and stakeholder relations. Since 2023, she has served as Senior Product Specialist at the Aruba Tourism Authority and previously held leadership positions at Tourism Corporation Bonaire and UNICUS.

ATIA Supervisory Board President Danilo Werleman said her experience in public-private collaboration will be important for the association’s next phase of development.

As Director, Dijkhoff will initially focus on getting to know the organization and its members, strengthening communication with the business community and developing a strategic plan with clear priorities and measurable goals.
