ORANJESTAD — The third Autentico Aruba Culinary Festival, held October 3–11, attracted around 4,000 residents and visitors to its two-day festival, The Pavilion. More than 50 food and beverage vendors participated, according to Aruba Tourism Authority (ATA).

The program included Restaurant Week, culinary experiences and seminars. More than 125 young people and over 100 culinary and hospitality professionals attended sessions on quality, service, sustainability and innovation.

International experts, including chef Virgilio Martínez and former MICHELIN Guide Benelux chief inspector Werner Loens, shared their knowledge. EPI and EPB students also showcased their skills at their own stands.

“Autentico is much more than an event; it is an investment in the future of our culinary offering,” ATA CEO Ronella Croes said. The initiative aims to strengthen Aruba’s position as a culinary destination.
