Aruba expands international flight network

ORANJESTAD – Aruba Airport Authority (AAA) says Aruba significantly expanded its air service network during 2025, with more flights, greater seat capacity and improved connectivity to North America, Latin America, Europe and the Caribbean. According to AAA, travel demand has surpassed pre-pandemic 2019 levels and exceeded the airport's 2024 performance.

In Latin America, LATAM increased service to five weekly flights, while Aerolíneas Argentinas launched new routes from three Argentine cities. Copa Airlines also introduced three overnight flights between Panama City and Aruba, strengthening connections with both North and Latin America.

In North America, Delta, United, JetBlue, American Airlines, Southwest, Spirit and WestJet all expanded services by adding frequencies, capacity or new seasonal flights. JetBlue alone added more than 200 additional flights during the winter season.

In Europe, KLM increased its Amsterdam-Aruba service from seven to nine weekly flights during the winter season.

AAA said the expanded network reinforces Aruba's position as a leading Caribbean destination and expects continued sustainable growth in 2026 through additional airline capacity and increased flight frequencies.
