Disability assistance increases by AWG 100 per month

ORANJESTAD – The Minister of Public Health, Social Affairs, Elderly Care and Addiction Management has announced that the Government of Aruba has approved a monthly increase of AWG 100 in financial assistance for people with disabilities, effective August 1, 2026.

With this increase, the monthly disability benefit will rise to AWG 1,180 gross per month. The new amount will be reflected in the August 2026 benefit payment.

The decision reflects the Ministry's commitment to promoting well-being and inclusion, with a strong focus on supporting people with disabilities.
