Dutch Caribbean joins World Pride in Amsterdam

THE HAGUE - The Dutch Caribbean was also represented during World Pride Amsterdam last weekend by taking part in the Canal Parade with the boat "One Kingdom, One Love."

The colorful boat was organized by the 3Layers Foundation for Equality, led by Aruban Angelo Tromp, to highlight the rights of the LGBTQ+ community throughout the Kingdom of the Netherlands, with special attention to the Caribbean countries and islands.

Representing the Government of Aruba, Cabinet spokesperson Sidney Kock participated in the parade on behalf of the Aruban Cabinet.
