Two more arrests in Mandolinstraat shooting investigation

ORANJESTAD — Aruba Police Corps says the investigation into the August 26 shooting on Mandolinstraat in Dakota remains active and that two additional arrests have been made in the case.
The shooting occurred at around 3 a.m., when police were notified that a man had been shot in front of his home. Patrol units and an ambulance were sent to the scene.
Officers found a 20-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound. Paramedics stabilized him and transported him urgently to the hospital. Detectives and forensic police launched an investigation at the scene.
Police say the investigation is still in full progress and have not ruled out further arrests in the coming days.
