Curaçao dominates Mountain 11-2 to win Little League World Series Championship

WILLIAMSPORT - Curaçao captured the 2026 Little League Baseball World Series championship with a convincing 11-2 victory over Mountain, combining timely hitting with strong pitching and defense throughout the final.

Mountain opened the scoring with two runs in the second inning, but Curaçao responded in the third. Shardijon De Lanoi delivered a two-run single that brought Nathanael Jansen and Jordan Richards home to tie the game 2-2.

Curaçao took control in the fourth inning when Jaymiëll Martina doubled home two runs to give his team a 4-2 lead.

The decisive rally came in the fifth. Steven Felix scored to make it 5-2 before Juriënsly De Windt delivered a three-run double that extended Curaçao’s advantage to 8-2.

Curaçao added three more runs in the sixth inning to establish the final 11-2 score. Strong pitching and defense prevented Mountain from mounting a comeback in its final opportunity.

The victory crowned Curaçao champion after a dominant title-game performance built on timely hitting, aggressive baserunning and effective pitching.
