DIMAS improves services and launches job-matching app

ORANJESTAD – Justice Minister Arthur Dowers met with DIMAS management to receive updates on two new projects aimed at improving service and modernizing procedures.

DIMAS presented its Customer Care Project, focused on better customer service, planning and efficiency.

DIMAS and the International Organization for Migration (IOM) also introduced a new application under Hunta pa Progreso – Track 4. The app connects program participants with companies looking for staff and can facilitate a change of guarantor when there is a suitable match.

After evaluation, the platform could be expanded to other groups, including people who already hold permits and local job seekers.

Dowers reacted positively and said the system could help make services simpler, more accessible and more efficient.
