ORANJESTAD - Aruba’s Ministry of Education, together with Juliana School MAVO and the Aruba Football Association’s Talent Development Scheme, has launched a pilot project in personalized education to help young footballers combine school with high-performance sports.

The program adjusts each student-athlete’s study pace, schedule and academic guidance to their sporting calendar. Participants will receive individual mentoring, while digital tools and learning analytics will be used to monitor academic progress and provide support where needed.

The initiative is also intended as a testing ground for broader educational innovation in Aruba, with the aim of developing more flexible, digital and personalized learning models for other schools.
