Aruba opens Nations League campaign against Antigua on September 23
ORANJESTAD – Concacaf has confirmed the September-October schedule for the 2026/27 Concacaf Nations League, with Aruba set to open its campaign on September 23 against Antigua and Barbuda.
Aruba has been placed in League C, Group B, alongside Antigua and Barbuda and Anguilla. Each team will play four group matches, with the three group winners and the best runner-up advancing to the League C Championship.
Aruba’s first match is scheduled for September 23 at 7:00 p.m. against Antigua and Barbuda at Sir Vivian Richards Stadium in St. John’s. Aruba will then face Anguilla on September 29, also at 7:00 p.m.
The team will meet Anguilla again on October 4 and close the window against Antigua and Barbuda on October 6. All of Aruba’s Group B matches in this window are scheduled to be played in Antigua and Barbuda.
The Nations League carries added importance because the competition also serves as a qualifier for the 2027 Concacaf Gold Cup.
For Aruba, the objective is straightforward: compete for first place in the group and keep alive its path toward the League C Championship and Gold Cup qualification.
