ORANJESTAD — Aruba Real Estate Summit 2026 brought together professionals, experts and government representatives to discuss how the real estate sector can develop with greater professionalism, transparency and sustainability.
The two-day event, organized by ID Realty Group on August 27 and 28, covered infrastructure, investment, planning and smart construction. Participants included Minister Rene “Baba” Herde and Angelo Brete of the Financial Intelligence Unit.
Presentations by Nigel Maduro, Inheritas, EcoAruba Smart Build and Joyce Bartels Daal highlighted responsibility, innovation and the long-term impact of real estate decisions on Aruba.
Organizers said the summit confirmed the need for continued dialogue between government, the private sector and the community. The next edition is scheduled for September 3 and 4, 2027.
