FCCA launches campaign to help 20 families become homeowners

ORANJESTAD – The Fundacion Cas pa Comunidad Arubano (FCCA) has launched its new “Key in Your Hand” campaign, aimed at helping 20 families in Aruba purchase a fully completed home and the land beneath it through a single mortgage package.

The project includes 17 townhouses in Rooi Bosal and three detached homes in Shaba. All homes will be delivered move-in ready, eliminating the need for buyers to arrange separate financing for land and construction.

Online applications will open on August 17, 2026, while prospective buyers are encouraged to begin gathering the required documentation now. Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis to ensure a fair and transparent selection process.

According to FCCA, the initiative is designed not only to make homeownership more accessible but also to strengthen the community, as the foundation reinvests its profits into affordable housing and social projects.
